What to expect
Submitting this form sends a verified request to delete your Natasha’s Fluency Fix account and associated personal data. We confirm your identity against the email on file before processing any request.
- What’s deleted: your profile, login credentials, session and progress history, coaching notes, and uploaded content.
- What’s retained: records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. billing/invoice data for tax purposes) are retained only as long as required by law, then deleted.
- Timeframe: requests are verified and processed within 30 days; you’ll receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
