Please read these terms carefully. They outline how coaching services, scheduling, portal access, and payments work at Natasha’s Fluency Fix.
1. Who we are
Natasha’s Fluency Fix (“we”, “us”) provides professional English coaching for individuals and teams. Our registered business address is Johannesstr. 55A, 70176, Stuttgart, Germany. You can contact us at natasha@natashasfluencyfix.com.
2. Eligibility & accounts
To use our Student Portal and services, you must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and have the authority to agree to these terms.
- SSO sign-in. Access to the portal requires Single Sign-On (Microsoft or Google) or email-based login, as configured on our site.
- Security. Keep your login secure and do not share access with others.
3. Services & scope
We deliver English fluency coaching tailored to your context. Sessions may be online, in-centre, or client-site, as specified at purchase. Any learning materials, worksheets, quizzes, and recordings we provide are for your personal study unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellations
- Flexible booking. You may book sessions using our scheduling tool (e.g., TidyCal) inside the Student Portal.
- Notice window. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used.
- Lateness & no-shows. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No-shows are charged in full.
- Coach rescheduling. On rare occasions we may need to reschedule; we’ll offer the nearest alternative and keep your session credit intact.
5. Group sessions
- Composition. Group size and duration are set per package (e.g., 2–4 learners or 5–8 learners).
- Substitutions. Replacements in corporate groups may be allowed by prior agreement.
6. Fees, payments & taxes
- Transparent pricing. Our packages show VAT-inclusive prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Payment method. Purchases are completed via secure checkout (e.g., Stripe). Your order is confirmed upon successful payment.
- Refunds. Packages are generally non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be refundable at our discretion if requested within 14 days of purchase and no session has taken place.
- Validity. Unless stated otherwise on the product page or invoice, session packs should be used within 6 months of purchase.
Tip: If you need an invoice with company details or a different VAT treatment, please contact us before purchase.
7. Student Portal & content
- Materials. Your portal may include worksheets, quizzes, lesson video playback, your roadmap, and progress updates.
- Personal use. Portal content is licensed for your personal learning and must not be redistributed.
- Availability. We aim to keep the portal available 24/7, but occasional maintenance or third-party outages may occur.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, course materials, brand assets, and trademarks are owned by Natasha’s Fluency Fix or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, share, or resell any material without prior written consent.
9. Learner conduct
Please treat sessions and group members with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
10. Privacy & cookies
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy (EU visitors). Where required, we obtain consent through our consent banner.
11. Disclaimers & warranties
We provide coaching and educational content “as is”. While we work toward excellent outcomes, we do not guarantee specific exam results, promotions, or third-party outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to services or terms
We may update these terms or make reasonable changes to services (for example, to improve quality or comply with law). If changes materially affect you, we will post the update here and, where appropriate, notify you by email or within the portal.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union (where applicable). Courts of Stuttgart will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
